Kinds of Sentences
There are four different types of sentences. Try to remember the strange weekend that Mrs. Lieu had at the beach.
1. Declare: "Hi, I'm Declare." = Declarative Sentence: Just a regular statement.
2. Imp: "Give me all your money." = Imperative Sentence: A command
3. Interrogate: "Why are you here?" = Interrogative Sentence: A question
4. Exclaimed: "I'm busy!" = Exclamatory Sentence: A sentence that ends with an exclamation mark.
